The first thing we ask of you once you are in your portal is to complete your new patient paperwork. These documents can be found in the "document" section.
To update your payment information or access your membership invoices, you can do so by clicking this link: https://corefamilyprac.hint.com/login/request
We encourage you to explore your portal to become familiar with everything. You will find that you can see your visit summaries, results from labs or imaging, and you can even send secure messages and images.
